You are in Singapore and they are in Bali.
I think it's more a matter of making a complaint against the Villa and villa owners that you are after.
That's fine, and you are entitled to your opinion and have the right to complain if you were mislead in any way.
I guess that it's a matter of concience whether you pay anything back for the things mentioned, but somehow I feel that other than the war and peace self answering complaint, that will be the end of the matter.
