That doesn't sound right. The villa owner didn't give the keys for the villa they rented in Kerobokan to a security guard. She gave them to a person called Zie.
If the owner wasn't answering her phone on the morning they checked-out, both keys could have been left on the dining table, with a follow up phone -call or email.
Perhaps kramyx needs to pay for the missing key as well as the towels
