Sorry, can't help with Taman Rahasia except to say that as long as you haven't prepaid don't be afraid to leave and find other digs if it's not to your liking.
My neice just had some things made by a dressmaker a couple of shops down from the well-known yoga clothes shop on Jalan Hanoman, a few days ago.Sorry can't be more precise, but you'll find places. The work wasn't exceptional but if its casual stuff ,ok.
Ubud not very busy at all, peak season well and truely over-if you dont like traffic avoid the hours from lunch till about 4pm. There are some tour buses going through-ridiculous as the streets are so narrow-but at present not as many as I feared. Humid in the midday hours but actually cool sometimes after a shower.
