Special place to stay for

anniversary.
Can anyone recommend a nice hotel to stay for a special anniversary.
Want something that isn't child friendly (I know that sounds mean - been there, done that and want the peace and quiet now).
Around $250-$300 per night including breakfast
Looking for something special.
Either Nusa Dua or Seminyak.
