if you go to the beach be careful cos you will know why fireworks are banned in australia. plenty of fireworks there and heaps more idiots with them. we were there in 2008 and god truly does love idiots and drunks cos 20 of them should have went up in flames and im sad to say all were aussies.but traffic is bad so go walking distance for sure especially if you have young ones with you.
