Last year we hired a pushbike from a guy named Tommy, just at the rear of BGBR, (the hat seller). I think it was one of his kids old bikes, we just used it for the day or so up the boardwalk. I cannot remember how much, but it was hardly nothing for a bit of fun! He does not do it normally I think, but we just asked and he came to the party!
