air asia add ons

can some one tell me if this is normal.. We found cheap fares to bali via Air asia. I proceeded to book. They automatically added $10 each way for 20 kilo baggage, which is fine, but then they added $50 each way per ticket "Convenience Fee". We have used Air Asia in the past and never had to pay this fee.Interested in your comments
