For a Kijang Innova you should pay 150 000 to 170 000 per day. If you bargain hard for 30 day rental can get 120 000 per day. Never had a bad car from either of these 2 companies. If you don't like the car it is easy enough to change it. You need an International Driving Permit to be carried with your drivers licence from your home country. Make sure your insurance has apropriate cover.
GPS is easy to get, google Bali Navigator. My brother bought a Garmin in Bali fitted with the Navigator from a surf/kite shop in Sanur. I have used it & found it very helpful.
