We have a normal everyday streamline account with Commonwealth, if you use the Commonwealth ATM in Bali and trust me there are a few, you will only be charge a $2.00AUD flat fee no foreign charges etc. If you speak to the staff at your local CBA they will be able to give you locations of ATM's in Bali near where you are staying.
