I think this festival changes dates each year.It was early August this year. The final day was Sunday 8th.Absolutely a fantastic day. Thousands of locals and some incredible kites.I don't know if the venue changes.This year was "way down south" at Mertasari. Also a vintage bike and car rally at the same time..old holden utes etc. The whole event was not publicised much and friends further north in Sanur didn't even know it was on!
Not sure who would know the dates for next year but make sure if you're there you don't miss it.It really was spectacular!
