unlock iphone & special simcard

hi,
does anyone know where i can get my iphone 3gs unlocked around kuta? i'll b staying at the kuta beach club, also is there anywhere around kuta that u can buy the special sim cards they take,
would like to b able to use my iphone over there, if not will just take my old phone that i usually take with me.
