When are you staying?

The room is clean, but are you using the bed in the family room? we had a 4yr and 9yr old and it doesn't fit 2 kids. Its about as wide as a single but not as long.

You don't sit at the balcony because its not big enough, only 1 chair and you look down at a drain and into the back of the Kumala Pantai hotel. There is a light in the passageway and a light fromthe Kumala so the room never gets dark.

You need to take pool towels with you because the hotel won't give you any. We had problems on the last few days as to whether we were even allowed to book food and drink to the room.

We had lots of little problems because we were the apartments. That said, it depends what you are looking for because we found the whole resort a little old, no one was very helpful. If you have little kids there is no shade and no lounges generally available around the kids pool, only concrete and sun. We always swam at the little pool because the big one was a bit dirty (cloudy) had many drunk yobbos and nowhere to sit except concrete. The small pool has a little shade and grass.

I think there's better value for money out there, and if you are a couple, then in my opinion I would look at the Kumala Panta.

I hope this helps, and don't forget everyone looks for something different.
