Depending on how important being in Kuta is to you you could look at the Swiss-Belhotel Bayview. It's about 15 min from Kuta on the way to Nusa Dua so doesn't have much around it but it is a fantastic, clean and modern hotel. They have 2 & 3 bedroom suites, each bedroom has a large bathroom and they also have a lounge and kitchen area. They are very spacious and nicely laid out. As the hotel is not in Kuta the price is fairly reasonable and they still have availability for the end of October - i have stayed in this hotel 4 times now and can't fault it.
