If you go to a company called Bagus Cell in Jimbaran they can help you with getting a modem, if you need one, and also with the recharges. There exact address is Jl. Uluwatu 1 Jimbaran and their numbers are +62361882677 or mobile +6281236080111. IM3 is just a network they also have IM2, Vodafone, XL and others. After testing a few i found IM3 the best. You can also use the recharge for some Bali mobile phones and just stick the sim in the modem for internet access.
