Duh, I wasn't putting in the 0011 before the number!! I got thru to them and they haven't got accommodation left :( We are only staying in Legian for 3 nights then up to Ubud. They have a room for the second and third night but not the first. aargh lol
Now I've got to start looking again. We leave next Friday so I better get a move on!!
I havent got a reply email from them yet either but that could be because I spoke to them on the phone and she had my email in front of her, lovely lady too. Wish we could get in there.
