Kumala Hotel

Hi Just wondering if anyone has any recent info on Kumala Hotel. (Not Pantai). Looking at Family Suite and Presidential Suite. We are two families of 2 adults and 2 kids - getting desperate for accom in July 2011!!!.Any info as to whether they are ground floor rooms?? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
