We have stayed here a few times, and the location is great. Nice easy walk alone the beach, great supply of external food shops both on the beach and a short walk on the streets away from the beach.
There is a complementary shuttle bus that runs into Harris? Department Store. We often take that in and walk back, either along the beach or the streets.
Check in staff have an attitude problem
We have had an upstairs room that had been redecorated and it was fine - great balcony but the aircon was useless. After much complaining got changed but to another room with equally useless aircon.
Next time we went we had an older style ground floor unit and that was great. Air worked fine and room, while older, was better.
The grounds are great and pools are good
Would stay there again but remember at the end of the day it is a hotel room, albeit in a parklike setting. Don't get carried away with the ‘Resort' title.
