Depends on how old. We just got back, 15 YR boy 13 Yr girl.

Elephant ride. (Not at safari park theres another one)
Swim with the Dolphins. (Near Sanur not Lovina)
Push bike ride from Mt Kintomani.
Parasailing/jetski in Nusa Dua
