Last time I was in Bali in April I often used a SimPati card with the 01017 prefix to get cheap calls to Australia.
Over the last three days, it has been almost impossible to get through using Simpati with the 01017 prefix. I once tried 50 times before getting through. The call just gets disconnected immediately.
I've tried at all times of the day, and it takes between 10-50 attempts before I can get connected. Anyone having the same issue?
If I drop the 01017 I can call though OK, but my Rp100,000 credit was eaten in less than 5 minutes.
