Not everyone knows how to use spreadsheets, nor does everyone have them on their computers. Oanda has ready to print sheets - what's so wrong with using something ready made?
Personally, I just use round figures to work out the rough price in my head and if I want a more accurate number I use the currency converter on my phone. To each his or her own.
