The Seaside Villa's are not behind the restaurant, but are further down past the Jayakarta & next to the Maharta, from memory. They are older style - not as new in appearance as the restaurant.

I went through the gates from the beach-front to view the villas in July & was shown through those that were available at that time.

There is a Reception desk on the RHS of entry. Next on the RHS is a pool. Parallel to the pool on the LHS are several small villa's, either 1 or 2 bedroom. Some are 2 storey. The gardens are typical balinese. The owner lives on site in the villa on the RHS, after the pool.

The Seaside Villas are very well positioned with lovely gardens & nice pool area. The living areas are open. The villas themselves are quite old & tired & did not appear well maintained. The kitchens looked like they had not been cleaned in a long while with very dated utensils. The bedding looked grubby as did the old furnishings.

There standard of quality was quite low, in my opinion.
