On the 60 day you can use the Nationals and Residents counter coming in so avoid the VOA queue and long immigration lines for VOA holders
When departing the immigration lines can also be very long but technically you should use the Foreigners lines. That being said, i go through that counter even on a VOA accompanying my Indonesian husband and often see others slip through that counter as well. Even on their own. So give it a try.
