Even if you are going for 3 weeks you can still get a 60 day visa.
Friends have done this many times.
Problem is with your ticket.
Depending on which airline & type of fare you may have to pay to change the departure date if extending past your booked return date.
On arrival you would go through the local line.
On departure you exit same as everyone else.
