I stayed at a place on Jln Drupadi a couple of months ago. I was about halfway, and it was a 10 min walk to either Jln Laksmana or Jln Dhyana Pura. I found a little lane which was a 1 min shortcut to Jln Raya Seminyak - on my last day of course! Taxis also go past every few minutes should you feel a little lazy.

I loved this location as you felt quite rural even though you were close to everything. There is still the odd rice paddy and cow! There is not much on this lane, although my fave restaurant La Sal is here - lovely spanish tapas and sangria. There are a couple of others closer to Jln Dhyana Pura. Delicious Onion has cool Asian food and yummy pineapple margaritas. Sorisso is Italian and has 30,000rp happy hour cocktails!

I am also booked into a different place next year on Jln Drupadi - so I must have really liked the location!
