Warungs are everywhere and are usually so much cheaper than restaurants.
Warung Murah in Jalan Sixty Six RHS nearly down the bottom of the road near the beach, seminyak. Always full of people.
Warung Italia- in Jalan Kunti (Same st as Bali Deli) they are cheap and they have fantastic pizza's there too.
I am sure others on forum have some great ones also
