trip, just tick the allocated boxes, or tell your travel agent, or phone your airline. Some you may need Doctor's notes, most not. Some airlines have specific staff that meet you at the sirport entrance with wheelchair, others meet you at checkin with it or you go to the "help" counters at airports.
