don't mind the negative comments. Tailors woiuld be your best bet, if you go to tailors outside the busy tourist areas you will probably get a better price. There can be challenges with language barrier and explaining what you want and the attention to detail and what you expect but once they understand I find the work is excellent. You will need to know you can source the fabric you need there or you will need to take it over. I find they always do better if you have an exact sample to show them in each size that you want re-made/copied etc. Good luck, I hope it goes well.
