There wil be no shortage of drivers who would be willing to do that trip and some might even jump into the post offering the services of a "friend".
We paid Rp 400,000 to be taken from Legian to Lovina with 2 stops on the way. 1st at the Bali Adventure Park in the botanic gardens in Bedugal and then lunch by the lake in that area (name escapes me).
The journey takes you up and down the mountains so take precautions if you are prone to travel sickness.
A regular taxi with a low wheel base and questionable suspension would be very uncomfortable for such a journey so check the car you intend to use before committing.
We used a driver called IDA who has his car parked beach side of the Kumala Pantai in Legiani. We feel he is a safe driver with a lot of experience and have used his services on many occasions. His contact number on his business card is 08123931188. Prices may have inceased but he is very fair in his dealings and we never feel the need to negotiate with him at all.
