in Nusa Dua we had a taxi company in gold coloured cars called Kowinu, these were locally owned and operated with Balinese drivers.
You never saw the blue cars on the ranks in TB and would only see them if they were dropping off in the area.
One depot was in Jl Pratama, Tanjung Benoa.
Never saw a single Kowinu cab last July and that particular depot is now full of Blue taxis.
Maybe they sold out.
