From memory, for <12% alcohol (wine) one document stated Rp40,000 and the other Rp45,000 per litre.
It may pay to get a copy of one of these documents (One is from the U.S. and the other from the Indonesian customs and/or trade people)
There are some views that these documents only apply to "commercial quantities", and may not apply to arriving tourists.
However, this is not stated on the document, so it may be a handy piece of paper to have just to give a guide as to what duty or other payments should be made.
The Indonesian version seemed the most comprehensive.
