Hi, There is a place called Bali collection like a mini mall, Sogo is there plus lots of smaller more boutique shops, plus restaurants which during the day were not busy but I believe they are at night they run a shuttle. Prices here are more on the expensive side. Across from where we were staying there were a few market type shops which were quite reasonable and were stalls on the beach out the front of some resorts, they are not allowed from the beach up into the resorts so you dont get hassled, you approach them. I bought things from a few of the beahc vendors ie clothes they were cheap.
