at Gloria Jeans Cafe you can use their desk top computers, they will give you the code. They only 4 computers for use and standing only, no chairs to sit. If you have your own laptop you can sit in comfort at table and chairs downstairs and watch the passing parade of people or go upstairs in airconditoning and sit at table and chairs or sofas.
Also Haaris Cyber cafe, purchase a drink and/or meal and you can use their computers, many her both downstairs and upstairs or you can use your own laptop, codes given.
Many restaurants have free wifi for you to use with the purchase of meal and/or drink BUT you will need your own laptop.
