Getting to Nusa Lembongan?

Hi,

My girlfriend and I are going to Bali in Jan 2011. Weve booked all our accommodation. We're in Ubud from 19th-22nd Jan then were going to Nusa Lembongan for 2 nights. The place were staying at in Lembongan (Lembongan Reef Bungalows) have offered a driver to pick us up from our hotel in Ubud, take us to Sanur and a return trip to Nusa Lembongan using Rocky Fast cruises. This is their quote:

-transfer service rate in total : 450,000 Indonesia Rupiah per person

-additional charge to pick up to Ubud : 250,000 Indonesia Rupiah per car

SO in total, it would cost 250, 000Rp to get to Sanur from Ubud. Then 450, 000 each to get to Nusa Lembongan and back.

So all up 1, 150, 000Rp. Which is around AUD130.

So just want to know, is this a good deal?? Or can you recommend a cheaper way of doing it. Should we just take a taxi from Ubud to Sanur, and buy the return tickets by ourselves or let the hotel do it for us?
