hi, we were in Bali sept 2009 and my 15year old daughter was desperate to have this done...we finally settled on a salon whose name escapes me, however it is located in the complex of shops where the bintang supermarket is in legian/seminyak border...it is sort of across the driveway from the back left entrance to the supermarket...they did a great job...I was concerned her hair would be ruined - but all good still, 1 year on...the cost was about $60 all up including a haircut & tips...email me if you want further info...by the way, it took about 4 hours..
