Fixed price shop is Dianne's, across the road from the Dynasty and to the left a bit, opposite Green Garden Hotel & Restaurant.
Tailor, walk up to the slingshot, opposite Bali Garden Resort Hotel, up the laneway behind Bubba Gumps restaurant you will find Bali Brumby, ask for Putu and he'll fit you out.
Sim card can be purchased from the stall just outside the supermarket under the stairs along to your left from Dynasty, same side. The staff will set your unlocked phone up for you and give you all instructions.
Go up the stairs as mentioned and find a dvd shop, don't forget to go inside the air-conditioned back shop, buy 10 get 6 free.
Opposite Dynasty you'll find the spiral staircase up to Daddy's restaurant. Turn to the right out of the Dynasty and you'll find C-Line. Turn to your left and you'll find Green Garden Restaurant as mentioned.
Keep to your left and walk until you reach the Discovery Mall, air-conditioning, Centro department store, Marks & Spencers, many speciality shops, Timezone place up the top for the kids also food hall.
Out of Dynasty on your left you'll find the Kodak shop to exchnage money.
Opposite side of road walk about 10 minutes and you have Waterbom Park.
Need McDonalds, they'll deliver but you can walk right up to Kuta square, keep to your left side, past the Kuta art markets, McDonalds on your right.
