Thursday from Indonesia (Jakarta), carrying 2 Epi-pens for my daughter. We have traveled elsewhere through Asia, the US, central america, Aust & NZ and have never had an issue with them even being looked at. Just in case, though, we carry a letter from the doctor saying that my daughter needs to carry them with her at all times, and we also leave all her medicines in their original boxes with the script stickers on them. However, as I said, we've never once had anyone even glance at them - even straight after 9/11. Cheers, Sue.
