didn't receive advance warning of this.We knew well in advance that policies were undergoing some major changes with 2 of the banks that we were deal with so we cashed in/transferred all of our points & used them all up for airfares.We certainly were not happy with the changes that happened but we have now changed the cards that we use the most so we we get the benefits that suit us the most.
The banks will always screw us as much as they can.It's just a matter of working out which bank/credit card suits you individually & gives you the best reward scheme for your spending habits.
