I haven't stayed at Swastika Guest House but i did stay at another one of their properties (Swastika Bungalows - loved it)
Swastika were very willing to negotiate a much lower rate for 'long stay' guests. They even upgraded us when we wanted a larger wardrobe.
It's worth a shot to tell them what you can afford and take it from there.
Anyway, the guesthouse seems to have what you require, although not sure about the fridge. My understanding is that things like a fridge can be rented from them for a very tiny rate.
