You'll struggle to get all that you're seeking for under $30 a night. You may find a room with no fridge or TV for that price.
I stayed at Sri Ratu last month for 28 nights and paid about $32 a night for queen bed, AC, fridge and TV, but that was booked at last year's rates and they have had a price increase since then. I also would never stay there again. The room was OK, but the hotel was very noisy and the staff weren't so great. I'd say I'd have been lucky to have a total of half a dozen nights where I wasn't woken at some ungodly hour by people returning drunk to their rooms, shouting and banging doors etc, and then others up slamming doors from 6am.
