I did not use the wizard card at ATM's - there are additional fees if you do this so didn't load cash up on the card. I used my regular ATM/debit card from my credit union to get cash out.
In terms of using the wizard card as credit card there were NO international conversion fees etc for each transaction - that was the point of my first post. The average rate the charges were exchanged at last week was 8600 (quite a good rate)compared to 8300 for Citibank visa c/card. The 300rph (3.4%) difference was effectively the international conversion fee that is charged by Citibank Visa but not Wizard mastercard.
