Just paid for our flights!

So excited now! Just paid for our flights for next May for the family to go to Bali! Only 7 months and 15 days to wait but still excited!!
I will have a 3 year old and a 5 month old with me, does anyone know anything about the Bali concierge service? And do you think it is worth the money? We have never used it before but thought I would see what other people think...
