The only thing I haven't been able to buy with much success in Bali - and this will only affect the females - is tampons. Women's spray deodorant is also a bit of a unicorn. Plenty of roll-ons, and spray for teenagers, but not proper adult spray deodorant for women.

Otherwise, pretty much everything can be bought over there.
