I live here and I love putting heels on for a night out. Besides living in Europe I had more trouble on cobblestone street than I do here. Your not going to walking around the streets all day shopping in them. If you wear heels when you go out at home then why not here, it's not all casual in Bali, it depends on where you are staying.
