Once this is done you proceed to the Immigration desks (These are directly behind you as you stand at the VOA desk)
If travelling in a group, many people just nominate one to go to the VOA booth while the rest of the group go and hold a place in the immigration queue, which may, or may not be extensive depending on your luck.
