Depends where your brother is staying. Plenty of changers. in south Sanur there is a short lane just north of Trophy pub and Mago restaurant. Second shop in is a changer in whom I have great confidence. Show you the calculation, passes over the money for you to count then accept the Aust dollars. Never an attempt at a fiddle. Other shops in the area have tried it on (eg giving you 10K note instead of 100K. Hope I've always spotted it but now stick to the place I trust.
