Also used them but have never had to claim. My niece got cover from them or her holiday in June, Unfortunately her little boy got sick and had to go to BMC. She was most impressed with 1cover.They rang her many times while she was at the hospital not only offering the financial assistance but also emotional support.So always good to have feedback from someone,, who in their misfortune, has to use their insurer
