I would not personally drive the same day, your eyes will be watering and there is a little blood. I got taken back by my driver to my hotel and it was then that the pain set in, I took the advised medication and pain was gone very shortly but I decided to lay down and rest for a few hours, no biggie. The swelling was quite awful and going out in public I needed sunglasses to stop the staring and the glare of the sun. Would I have it done again, yes and will probably need it, gravity has taken control again!
ARC was very professional, very sterile, very caring and nothing was a problem, no question unanswered. I was originally seen by the Australian Dr. who has now moved over to BIMC, literally over the road, but my surgery was completed by the Indonesian Dr., sorry can't remember name, he was trained in WA at Curtin university I believe. I did do extensive JBR's that are in the archives.
