Follow up to CircleK complaint

Closure to the circleK complaint I lodged with management in regards to the Padma Utara store.
For those 'who came in late'-the store near the Fairy shop/Niksoma.
4 representatives attended my hotel within 24 hours of my email complaint re:overcharging committed by staff.
The General Manager and 3 senior reps spoke to me at length.
We discussed the issue and they presented me with a 'gift box' for taking the time to be in contact. A wonderful gesture even before we went through the receipt they had for my purchases the previous night.
Understand that although no receipt was issed to be, they can download the receipt and identify the culprit by his logon.
There were 3 of my expenses with 'an extra'.
The add on was a packet of Malboro Lights.
From my pocket I pulled a packet of Surya (Gudang Garam) and stated that I only smoke Surya-I do not smoke anything else. That was enough proof to them to accept that this worker added on an item to his own gain. They assured me he would be dealt with. I accepted this as a very professional approach to business and sincerely thanked them.
So to you all, if you have problems with any circleK store use their email address to keep their employees in check. As receipts are not/rarely issued, you will find the email address on the receipt and on the shopping bag or:
