Slowing down! And taking it easy! LOL.
We usually do one full on day, then one quiet day.
Mt Batur, is an early start, and a hard walk. I wouldnt plan to do anything else that day, except maybe dinner somewhere nice.
Tanah Lot, Coffee Plantation, Monkey Forest and Waterfalls, could all be done in one loooong day trip, talk to a driver over there. The one thing I havent seen a coffee plantation...So not 100% sure about that.
Other trip you could do is Kuta to Lovina, going to the Git Git waterfalls and passing monkeys on the side of the road (rather than the actual monkey forest in Ubud). I like these monkeys better than the forest, less grabby and less used to tourists.
