just pick a date that is the same day as you are leaving/arriving or wait until near to your correct dates.
You will still get an idea of how planes are landing on the day you are arriving, most airport schedules don't change that much....remember some flights are listed twice under different names, eg. Qantas and Jetstar and some flights will be domestic...
and of course there are always delays which cannot be forecast.
